Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction. It's a natural, safe way to bring about a sence of peace, which can help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally, as well as spiritually. I'll lay my hands, which have been attuned to this special spiritually-guided life-force energy, on or close to your body. Then, I'll work in your energy field to remove energetic blocks and heal traumas. Finally, I'll beam love and light into your entire being. Shamballa is a multi-dimensional form of energy healing. It's similar to Reiki, but is much more powerful and works on a much deeper and multi-dimensional level. This healing method allows you to be cleared from energetic debris and blockages as it activates the powerful healing energies of Shamballa and helps you to reconnect with the true essence of the I AM Presence as you remember your own wholeness. I'm one of the only Level 3 Shamballa practitioners around and will soon be able to teach and attune others to this powerful healing method.

I was certified by my late spiritual teacher, Caroline MacIntosh, to conduct her Natural Process. First, I'll bring you to a relaxed state in which you are able to access your higher self and speak with your guides and angels to find answers within yourself. Then, I'll help guide you through a Life Review to help you figure out why everything happened to you the way it did, what lessons you were meant to learn, and then figure out what your life mission is going forward. Once you've completed this process, you'll have released and healed challenging situations and gained clarity about your life purpose.

As a certified life coach, my job is to help you succeed and accomplish your goals. We can meet to see where you're at and where you want to go, and then figure out a flight path to get you there. I can use a clear quartz pendulum to determine which, if any, of your energy centres are blocked, and then help you to balance and unblock them.

Shaktipat is an Indian energy healing method. I spent nearly a year completing an attunement process that involved connecting with all the natural elements, including earth, fire, air, water, and the sky, as well as a womb process to purify my soul. Now, I can help you to heal and purify your body through healing and releasing deep emotional traumas, negative feelings and emotional blocks. Then I'll help you re-connect with the natural elements of Mother Earth that also reside in you by helping to awaken your Kundalini healing Shaktipat energy. I'm the only Shaktipat practitioners around this area.

I'm certified in Ho'Oponopono, which is a Hawaiin practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. With this method of reciting prayers and mantras, you can make things right and bring peace to any situation, individual or relationship.
